NON-SURGICAL EYEBROW LIFTING
The sagging of the skin around the eyebrows can make you look much older. Thankfully, we have several simple non-surgical procedures that are pain-free and yield tremendous results!
This treatment can be done in many ways including:
Anti-wrinkle treatment which helps tighten the circular muscle around the eye.
Thread lifting of the eyebrow.
Skin tightening devices applied to the upper eyelid and forehead area.
Botox in glabella that helps to maintain the results
In general, optimum results are achieved by combining 2 or more of the above treatments.
Who is an ideal candidate for non-surgical brow lift?
An eyebrow lift is most recommended for adults who would like to eliminate drooping eyebrows, wrinkles, and frown lines. Ideal candidates for a brow lift are women whose eyebrows are low and wish to improve the appearance of their forehead and eyes. Non-surgical brow lifts can improve your appearance,it does not leave scars & aren’t permanent solutions. You’ll need to repeat the treatments to maintain your results.
How long does it take to recover from a non-surgical eyebrow lift?
Around 1 week. Recovery time is relatively shorter than the traditional eyebrow lift.
Will I have bruising and if so, how long will it last?
Generally, there is mild to no bruising since it’s minimally invasive. Results depend upon the method used for your brow lift. You may need to have touch up botox injections approximately every 3-4 months to maintain your fresh and natural appearance. Thread lift treatment effects generally last up to 18 months.
At the start of the treatment the practitioner will attach a grounding pad on your back, thigh or shoulder so that the radio frequency energy can go back to the device once it has entered your body. They will then apply a get to the area to be treated which will help the handpiece to move on your skin.
The time taken for a treatment session will depend upon the size of the area and indication being treated, for example a small area on the face and neck could take around 20 minutes, whilst a large area on the thighs and saddle bags could take up to 60 minutes.
Four six sessions at a rate of once every 1-2 weeks are recommended, although more treatments can be administered if required. Results are usually seen within two to three months but skin will continue to improve for up to six months. Maintenance treatment may be required.
